Returning products bought on www.espressoselection.com

If you not are satisfied with your purchase from www.espressoselection.com, please send us an e-mail at postmaster@espressoselection.com stating that you wish to return your purchase.

We will then send you a return authorization number that you must indicate on your shipping box.  Simply send back your purchase in the same condition it was received – in the original packaging, along with all instruction booklets, warranty papers, accessories (filters, baskets, etc.) and a copy of the invoice.  Original delivery charges may not be refunded.  Damages on home-delivered items must be reported within 24 hours.

Please note that products from Saeco must be unused.

Returns may be made up to 7 (seven) days following purchase.  Returns will be credited back to the original method of payment, namely PayPal.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
